祝凌燕
祝凌燕，女，1968年8月出生于湖北省红安县，毕业于新加坡国立大学。现任南开大学特聘教授、博士生导师，院长助理，天津市城市生态环境修复与污染防治重点实验室副主任。曾获国家杰出青年基金。
