朱晓东
朱晓东,男,博士,中国科学技术大学近代物理系教授、博士生导师,专注于低温等离子体物理和应用的研究。1997年在中国科学技术大学获得理学博士学位后留校任教。
科研成果
朱晓东教授主持或参与了多项国家自然科学面上和重点基金、国家863高技术探索基金和省部级基金项目的研究。他在新型等离子体源研制、等离子体薄膜沉积及其机理、离子束纳米表面制造和功能薄膜器件等方面进行了系列研究工作。朱教授曾作为访问学者在日本原子力研究所、JSPS访问研究员、巴黎第六大学博士后研究员以及日本静冈大学访问教授进行研究。他在国内外重要学术期刊上发表了近百篇论文,并获得省级自然科学二等奖一项。
