邬枫
邬枫教授(Professor Lutz-Christian Wolff),2005年加入香港中文大学,是香港中文大学法律学院创院成员之一,曾先后担任法律学院副院长(学院发展)及国际经济法、普通法和中国商业法法学硕士课程主任。
2014年起出任香港中文大学研究院院长,同年获委任为伟伦法律学讲座教授。
人物简介
邬枫·鲁兹·克里斯汀,法学博士,香港中文大学法学院教授,主要从事国际商法、比较法和国际私法等方面的研究。
1987年获帕绍大学硕士学位,1990年获德国帕绍大学博士学位。曾在英国、德国等地从事律师执业工作,并曾参与中国多家跨国公司的投资项目,担任法律顾问。
邬枫教授著述颇丰,出版《法律与实践》、《中国国际商法》、《财产转移风险和利益恢复》等4部专著,发表国际商法和国际私法等领域论文10余篇。
