兰州皇冠假日酒店是甘肃省政府投资规模最大的社会公益性项目之一，也是甘肃省民用公共建筑“1号工程”甘肃会展中心建筑群项目的重要组成部分。酒店位于兰州市北滨河东路，毗邻甘肃大剧院、甘肃国际会展中心、黄河和甘肃省人大。酒店于2012年6月底竣工，2012年10月正式开业，总建筑面积约72516平方米，建筑总高度约156米，景观用地面积约13000平方米，主楼地上为36层，共有500间客房，800张床位，近300个停车位，投资约8亿元。酒店设有总统套房、会议及宴会场地、高档餐饮及酒吧、皇冠俱乐部、室内恒温泳池、健身中心、瑜伽室、水疗、KTV等完善的休闲娱乐设施，是一个国际化、多功能的尊贵会聚之所。

1号文件批准立项。2006年11月，省政府第92次常务会议决定由甘肃省电力投资集团作为项目法人单位，由甘肃省电力投资集团公司全资子公司甘肃投资集团云天酒店有限公司负责建设，是甘肃省首家集商务、餐饮、娱乐、健身、购物为一体的综合性酒店，由国际酒店管理十大知名企业之一的英国洲际酒店集团酒店管理集团公司进行管理，定位为“皇冠假日”品牌。本项目总建筑面积约72516㎡，建筑总高度约 156 m，景观用地面积约13000㎡，主楼地上为三十六层，共有500间客房，800张床位，近300个停车位，项目概算投资约8亿元。
