林扬挺
林扬挺,男,1962年生,福建省周宁安厚村人,博士。2000年获国家杰出青年基金。现任国际陨石学会陨石命名委员会委员、中国空间科学学会常务理事、中国矿物岩石地球化学陨石学及天体化学专业委员会主任委员、中国空间科学学会空间化学与地质学专业委员会副主任委员、中国天文学会行星科学专业委员会副主任委员。
研究方向
一直从事陨石学与天体化学领域的研究工作,包括在极端还原陨石中首次发现超新星成因的氮化硅和新类型的超新星成因碳化硅;在陨石中首次发现灭绝核素36Cl存在的直接证据,给出太阳星云初始的(36Cl/35Cl)比值,不仅有力支持灭绝核素超新星爆发成因的理论,并且36Cl将成为研究太阳系早期低温过程的新的同位素时钟;发现新的富Ca, Al包体类型,揭示不同富Ca, Al包体之间的成因联系,构建了太阳星云早期的演化框图,提出不同化学群陨石富Ca, Al包体同成因和同来源的观点和证据;首次发现EL3型陨石,确证EH和EL群陨石具有独立的母体,揭示极端还原条件下星云凝聚和母体热变质的特征,建立了EH群母体撞击破碎再重新堆积的新模型;对火星和灶神星等特殊陨石开展研究,揭示它们各自复杂的岩浆演化、冲击变质等历史,并在火星陨石中发现多种次生矿物及其集合体。
其他研究方向还包括月球的形成和演化、陨石的分类,陨石的冲击变质,地外物质的化学组成,地外物质的同位素组成,地质界线与地外撞击事件,以及南极陨石与宇宙尘的野外考察和回收等。
