朱力平

朱力平，男，汉族，1955年10月生，祖籍文成县，生于缙云县，中共党员，浙江大学化工系高分子化工专业毕业，博士学位，高级工程师，中国人民武装警察部队少将警衔。

现任中国消防协会第六届理事会副会长。

人物经历

1978年7月毕业于浙江大学西溪校区化工系高分子化工专业。

1980年开始从事消防工作，先后任浙江省公安消防总队机关办事员、副科长、科长、副总队长，杭州市公安消防支队政治委员、浙江省公安消防总队副总队长、总队长。

2002年11月任江苏省公安消防总队总队长，公安部消防局总工程师。

2006年8月晋升为武警少将警衔。

2009年1月任公安部消防局副局长。

2015年9月29日，中国消防协会第六次全国会员代表大会在北京举行。会议选举并产生了中国消防协会第六届理事会，新一届理事会设常务理事41名。会议选举朱力平为中国消防协会第六届理事会副会长。
