刘昌胜
刘昌胜(1967年6月生),男,湖北黄石人,生物材料学家,中国科学院院士,现任上海大学党委副书记、校长,教授。1989年毕业于湖北大学生物系本科,1992年获华东化工学院硕士学位,1993年至1999年在华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院生物材料研究所历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授。1996年获华东理工大学博士学位,1999年至2008年任华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院副院长。2000年入选教育部跨世纪优秀人才,2001年任医用生物材料教育部工程研究中心主任,2004年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2009年任华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院院长,2012年当选华东理工大学党委委员、校学术委员会委员、校学位委员会,2015年任华东理工大学党委常委、副校长,2017年当选中国科学院院士,2019年任上海大学校长、中共上海大学委员会副书记。
刘昌胜长期从事生物材料研究,发展了多种活性骨修复材料及生长因子制备和材料活化新技术。研制出自固化磷酸钙人工骨,获注册证,实现临床广泛应用。

1992年毕业于华东理工大学生物化工专业,获工学硕士学位;

2001年至今教育部医用生物材料工程研究中心主任,其中,2005年3月至9月,美国University of Pennsylvania访问教授;
2009年,华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院院长。
2012年12月,当选华东理工大学第十届党委委员。校学术委员会委员、校学位委员会委员。
2015年7月起任华东理工大学党委常委、副校长。
2015年7月31日,入选中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单。
2017年11月28日,当选中国科学院院士。

主要成就
科研综述
刘昌胜提出了仿生人体创伤自愈合过程、构建材料在体内引导组织原位再生的学术思路,利用材料在体内所激发的系列生物学效应,实现无生命材料向有生命组织的转化。研制出自固化磷酸钙人工骨,实现了准确塑形、生物降解、同步成骨特性统一,获国家药监局该类产品首张注册证,已广泛应用于临床。发明了制备人骨生长因子和材料活性化的新方法,研制出活性骨假体已应用于临床,取得了满意的治疗效果。
研究方向
主要从事生物材料的研究,包括组织修复与再生材料、纳米生物材料、可注射生物材料、药物/生物活性因子控释等。
学术成就
一直从事新型硬组织修复材料和纳米生物医用材料方面的研究工作。作为项目负责人,先后承担国家重大科学研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目、“863”项目、教育部高等学校学科创新引智计划和教育部长江学者创新团队项目等,围绕生物材料化学组成、形态、微观结构和表面特性的控制理论、材料生物学性能与临床应用基础研究、以及生物材料制备过程的工程化技术等关键科学与技术问题开展了较系统的研究工作,先后实现了骨组织修复活性材料、骨再生生物活性因子的制备及材料活性化、骨组织可注射微创治疗材料等系列生物医用材料的创新,形成了自身的特色和优势。
长期从事生物材料的基础与应用研究,发展了多种活性骨修复材料以及生长因子制备和材料活化新技术;所研制的自固化磷酸钙人工骨获产品注册证并已在临床上获得广泛应用。申请发明专利71项,其中授权发明专利50项(美国授权专利4项)。发表SCI收录论文300余篇,包括生物材料领域著名期刊Chemical Review、Science Advances、Biomaterials等30余篇。出版中、英文专著(教材)5本。先后获得2014年度国家自然科学奖二等奖、2003 年度国家科技进步二等奖(均排名1)等多项科技奖励。现承担国家重大科学研究计划项目任首席科学家。
学术交流
刘昌胜推进国际合作与交流,活跃在生物材料学术前沿领域,是“生物材料与工程学科创新引智基地”(高等学校学科创新引智计划)负责人,与国际多所大学、研究机构建立了学术合作关系。截至2017年11月,在国际会议上作特邀或邀请报告44次 。

刘昌胜负责完成华东理工大学第一门国家精品视频公开课《生物医用材料》 。
