洪学传,汉族,是一名教授,任职于武汉大学药学院。他毕业于天津大学,并担任楚天学者特聘教授。截至2019年7月,他已发表13篇论文。

业绩概要

1)国内国际核心化学期刊上发表论文37篇及英文专著一章。

2)率先发现了以手性亚亚胺(sulfoximine)为手性助剂的不对称的1,4-加成反应, 使在芳香基团, 杂环化合物共扼环的α位引入手性烷基手性中心更加容易。反应具有广泛 的普遍性和绝对的立体选择性。

3)在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH), 结核病 Antimicrobial Acquisition and Coordinating Facility (TAACF) 和 CV Therapeutics 的支持下, 利用这特定的化学设计, 合成了一系列具有绝对构像的抗结核病的天然或非天然化合物例如(+)-curcumeme, (+)-curcuphenol, pesudoteroxazole, erogorgiaene, colombiasin A 和 elisapterosin B及分子改造, 开发出了一些选择性地高, 毒性小的抗结核剂。

4)发现用改进的aza-Achmatowicz 方法合成多取代吡咯。确定(II)催化吲环加成串联反应的相对立体构像。设计, 合成了一系列具有高生物活性的天然化合物例如kopsifoline的核 心结构。

5)曾从事各类癌症药物和肥胖症的小分子药物等发现,合成, 研制及工业开发。其中一个临床III药在2009年9月得到美国FDA批准。
