宋国峰

宋国峰,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院半导体研究所纳米光电子实验室主任。

人物简介

宋国峰,1987年北京理工大学光电工程系毕业获工学学士; 1992年中国科学院北京天文台获理学硕士学位; 2000年北京理工大学光电工程系获光学工程专业工学博士学位; 2001年中国科学院国家天文台获理学博士学位。

1992至2001年在国家(北京)天文台主要从事光学及光谱分析仪器研制,物理光学,天体物理技术的研究工作。先后参加过国家基金委重大项目太阳磁场速度场和空间太阳望远镜的研究;中国科学院重大项目多通道太阳望远镜的研制;中国科学院特别支持项目球载太阳望远镜的研制;中国科学院重大项目和863-2项目空间太阳望远镜关键技术攻关及地面演示系统的研制。担任上述项目的总体专家组成员,子课题组组长。取得了多项研究成果,一九九五年获科学院科技进步一等奖,一九九六年获国家科技进步二等奖,2000年获政府特殊津贴。

研究领域

(1)表面等离子激元物理、材料的研究;基于表面激元的新型有源、无源器件的研究;基于表面等离子激元效应的光子集成芯片、太阳能电池、生物传感器件的研究;人工电磁介质器件的研究。(2)微纳结构加工和检测技术研究包括纳米压印技术及应用,有源探针近场光学测试分析技术等的研究。(3)DFB、F-P腔、VCSEL等大功率半导体激光器的研制包括大功率半导体激光器的制备技术研究,退化机理研究,大功率半导体激光器应用研究。锑化物激光器的研制。

目前招收上述方向的硕士研究生和博士生(与陈良惠院士联合培养)。在读学生10人(包括联合培养,2010年派往美国里海大学一人,2011年拟派往纽约州立大学,南洋理工大学等各一人)
